I started with lowepro so all my bags are from them. They took 4 days or so to replace the zippers for the 2 bags and really it doesnt look like it was replaced. Looks stock. Not sure how they did as i sew sometimes with my sewing machine. I always modify any bag i get because the straps are always so long and flop around. I measure how much strap ill need eith 10‰ extra length. Cut. Sew the end tidy. Then i sew velcro tape and tape it to itself to keep it tidy.</blockquote>
