When I took this these two test shots I was standing in the same place as the Davis Bayou shot that I have posted earlier. I was zoomed in on the trees on the far right hand side of the shot to see what adding the flash with the extender would do. You can judge for yourself how much difference it made. I will tell you that it was at least 300ft from me to those trees and I took this at mid day.
