Now, it's the last theater standing in this county, and they still only charge $3. The community actually saved the theater last summer. They were going to have to close their doors because movies aren't 35mm anymore, and the theater didn't have $40,000 for an HD projector. A Kickstarter project saved the place.It's crazy what it costs to go to the movies. 3D tickets + concessions for the two of us was almost $50. Ticket prices around here are cheap compared to larger cities, it could've easily been double that.</blockquote>
