Glimpse of my Photography Future

So I was at Futureshop, and I saw the demo model for the D7100 and decided to try it out. I thought it would be hard to get used to how different the set up is what with everything being right there instead of going through menus. Turns out, I was wrong. Right away I felt at home with changing the settings, the only thing that was weird was having the back LCD screen off all the time since the settings info were on the small screen on the top of the camera. Plus the fact that you have to hold down a button to unlock and move the mode dial is new to me but other than that it felt natural.

Now I just need to save up to buy it...and then save up 4x more than that to get better lenses to really take advantage of the higher potential image quality.

Nikon cameras always feel familiar to me, that D7100 can produce some really great images, good luck on getting one soon.
Well, I'm gonna wait til I save up enough plus I wanna keep practicing my technique for a while.
