Hi all,
Just getting the obligatory new member intro knocked out. I've been into photography my whole life, did it professionally a few years ago, and now fall into the semi-pro category as I sell wildlife prints and contribute to a local car magazine.
I shot Pentax cameras for the past 8 years but recently discovered the power of Nikon - specifically the autofocus capabilities.
I sold a ton of my old gear to acquire a D750 and D850 for bodies, and for glass I'm using a trio of G2 lenses from Tamron: 24-70 2.8, 70-200 2.8, and 100-400 4.5-6.3.
I'm super impressed with the output from these cameras and am looking forward to being part of the community!
