Flickr has changed their format recently but it's likely the same way. I pretty much click on the share button and at the bottom, select the size you want then copy HTML line listed there. Then paste the line into the text of your Nikonites post. Play around with EMBED and the HTML codes (try both) because I forget which one gives you the desired look.

1. Click on the window icon in the posting box (next to the film icon)
2. Select URL or browse computer
3. [In my case], browse to the required file by typing in part of its name in my photo library
4. Double-click the file
5. Click upload button
6. Double click picture in draft post
7. Select required size/placement
8. Click on post reply

Glad you did. Photobucket had a Url you just copied and pasted now Flicker I can't find that on Flicker

I just checked out my old Photobucket account. They are more intuitive... even labeling what some of the "links" are for. That's helpful for sure.
On flickr when you're looking at a pic you should see the following menu to the right
When you click on the box symbol with the arrow pointing upward/right it will give you a new menu that you can select for FB, Tumblr, Twitter, Pinterest, etc. I think that's where you'll find the Thumbtack to get the URL to insert. That's the way I've been doing it. There could be easier ways.
