I don't believe your Olympus flashes are compatible with Nikons. They have to talk to the camera AF and so on, so I wouldn't fool around with anything other than a Nikon flash. Look for a used SB-600; they should be cheap now, because they don't make them anymore. If you want to go new, I'd recommend the SB-700.
