F fotojack Senior Member Mar 9, 2013 #9 Nice first shot. In order to avoid glare from glasses, have your son turn about 45 degrees sideways to the lens, so that he's on a slight angle to you. And remember to focus your shot on the closest eye to you. Hope this helps. Welcome to Nikonites.
