First Photography Purchase!

I was just in my garage looking for something, and my old Optex camera bag was on my workbench. I went through the pockets just to see what might be in there, and I found these old documents:



I always thought I bought the zoom lens with the camera from my dad, but apparently not. I remember this store, since I went in there several times to talk about photography with the man who worked there, but I absolutely do not remember this purchase!

I haven't seen that OM-10 in many years, and I don't know where it is now (somewhere in my house), but this really brings back memories - even the ones I don't have. I could never have told you where I bought that tripod, or anything else on this list.

My first real camera was a Olympus OM1. That is what I learned on. I upgraded to the OM2n and I still have that one. I had a number of other 35mm and even some medium format cameras that were bought and sold but the Olympus stayed with me,
