I took some engagement photos the other day and processed them. I like how they came out in black and white. This is my first time shooting people like this. 80-200mm f/2.8 AF-D ED Em & Rich - Moment in Time by Pan S, on Flickr Em & Rich - Touch by Pan S, on Flickr Out of all my photos taken I only kept one photo at the 200mm end. In the camera it looked great, backgrounds were bokehful and the subjects looked sharp. On the computer the images looked rather hazed, soft, and blurry. I was disappointed. Next time I will stop down to f/4.0 if I shoot at 200mm. f/2.8 @200mm 1/20th ISO12800 The photo above was the only 200mm shot I kept. It was taken after sunset and there was little light. Hold steady, breath out slow, and let 6.5FPS rip for about 20 or so shots. Two of them were sharp enough to use. I brought up the EV by two stops in Lightroom.
