Finally Rained

I don't remember the last time it rained at home. It's a sight for sore eyes that's for sure. I certainly hope the heat is going to break too. Crops around here look terrible.

here in the uk we have hardly had a day without rain for nearly four months, damn depressing!

Rained yesterday for us, but really won't have much impact. Environment Canada said we need rain for the rest of the summer or 2 weeks straight, to make up for what we have not had. The humidity in TO on Sunday was so thick, you could have cut it with a knife. Today, seasonal temps with wind. But i think we may have to start doing some rain dances up here! lol

It was 102 in Connecticut today with a splash of rain. This heat wave is so terrible. No rain in sight.

It has been raining in Houston non-stop for over a week. Several places around town are flooded. Right now, we just wish the rain would stop! Luckily it has calmed down. The first few days where horrible. At least we are not experiencing a drought like last year.
