If ambient light is good, I tend to back off the flash by 1 to 2 stops if all I want is a little fill. You will have to experiment to determine the correct setting for your exact lighting situation though.To adjust the flash compensation, press and hold the Flash button and use the command wheel to adjust the amount of compensation.
