I have kids and a full time job, I do not have much free time either. I just beieve that most women ( and I'm one of them) never do anything anything for themselves because life gets so busy we forget to make time for ourselves. I've come to a point in my life where I have catered to everyone around me and never do anything for myself. I can only change that, it's a few minor adjustments in my life, that I've made so I can put the stress of life on the back burner while I enjoy a few hours to do what I love!</p></blockquote><p></p>
