Feedback Prerequisites

Hi, if you didn't catch my introductory thread, my name is Brandon. I am a new D5200 owner, and new to photography in general. In fact, I have embarrassingly never owned a camera. However, this hobby has become quite fun and I would like to improve.

What is needed for you to give me specific feedback? I have so far kept a record of the aperture, shutter speed, and ISO of the photographs that I believe to be not complete trash. So I give any other information when a post a photo on here?

Thank you.

EDIT: I just realized that iPhoto records all of that stuff for me so that I don't have to do it by hand. Sweet!

If it's captured (I think at the time of snap, by your camera) then all your photos will automatically show that information when you post them here.
