Ok folks, here is my 3rd and final entry... Entire meal, Roast, potatoes carrots, broth done in a Pressure Cooker..

This is a picture of my fruit cupboard. All foods were grown in my garden or on my fruit trees and put up when ripe. It is not homemade food yet, but is just a twist of the wrist away when needed! Bruschetta, plum sauce, green beans, fermented pepper sauce, peaches, salsa, tomato juice, stewed tomatoes, sauerkraut! Labor of love for me.

Imagine this ... a plate full of homemade, blue tortilla nachos covered with home made chili, home made salsa verde, local made cheese, baked to perfection. Doesn't it sound amazing?! It was!! There's my entry #3. I know a picture is worth 1000 words, so 28 words doesn't make much of a picture...but if I get 3 entries then, darn it, I'm submitting 3!!
