faded prints

Can anyone help ? My D5100 is excellent and when I've downloaded to photo's their clear and crisp, nice bright colour's but when I print them they come out faded, this doesn't happen when I use my Olympus.
Any idea's ?

How are you processing them to print? What are you printing them with. There are many reasons this could be happening. I have two different kinds of paper and when I print on the 13X19 paper my prints are outstanding but if I print on the 8.5X11 paper they look like trash.

Give us all the details of what you are doing.
