<blockquote data-quote="RockyNH_RIP" data-source="post: 130161" data-attributes="member: 10784">Ok, thanks to all for the comments, tips, suggestions and links.I bought one as my local Best Buy had one in stock, the 8 Gig X2 Pro which handles Raw files, can direct connect to my tablet etc.I set it up last night...&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; For MY use, I am pleased...&nbsp; &nbsp; I wanted a Wireless Preview on my Samsung Tablet (Android) when shooting in my little home &quot;studio&quot;.&nbsp; Also wanted the ability to take on assignment remote, without wireless and direct connect to my tablet for preview in the field.&nbsp; I just had a recent field shoot that those which looked good on the camera view were not as exciting when I got home..I installled all (went ok but there were some burps, parts not clear and I am not too smart.).I tested shots and they worked fine coming into my tablet, using my home network.&nbsp;&nbsp; I then went down to the little studio and tested and pictures showed up fine on the tablet.&nbsp;&nbsp; I did increase screen on time for the tablet.Today, I took some at work..&nbsp;&nbsp; tablet was at my desk.&nbsp;&nbsp; As soon as I returned, it synced up and transferred the 9 shots.&nbsp; Then I shot some in the qc lab and they seemed to work fine.&nbsp; There is a lag until it syncs up and then the transfer is pretty quick.&nbsp; Keep in mind, I am shooting RAW...Then I did a timed test....&nbsp;&nbsp; shot 4 picturesSync Time (until I get the d/l symbol) 25 seconds1st phot (including synch)&nbsp; 44 seconds2nd&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; 15 seconds3rd&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 15 seconds4th&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 14 seconds.Total time from snapping 1st pic until 4th is displayed was 1:28 including initial Sync&nbsp; ( I think sync is faster on my home network.)For purposes of my preview this is plenty fast enough...&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; I consider the tests a success and the product adequate for my needs.I will d/l the cards as I always have to main computer with Lightroom when the shoots are over where they go into directories by date and then edited are stored by month.Would I buy this as a primary card??&nbsp;&nbsp; No, but for what I want to accomplish it works great and will hold 300 Raw Photo's.Again, thanks to all at Nikonites for the comments and thoughts....Pat in NH</blockquote>
