Dust in viewfinder?

When I look through the viewfinder I can see dust particles but they are nowhere to be found when cleaning. I thoroughly cleaned the mirrors/focus screens and still nothing! They don't appear in the picture at all but they are clear as day when I look through the viewfinder. Any ideas?

Probably underneath the focus screen. You'd have to take it out and clean carefully. I did that to my d300 when I was putting a different focus screen in. Got some dust under there and had to remove if a couple times to blow it all out

It could also be under the focusing screen. Remove the lens and carefully examine the top inside, use a air blaster to blow whatever could be stuck there. If you don't see it, then maybe it's above the focusing screen. In that case, you would have to remove it for cleaning. But if you can see it, take it out before it gets stuck on your sensor and then it will show on every shot you'll take.
If it was me, if it doesn't show in the picture, I just wouldn't bother with it and accept it's there.

I have the same problem dust hairs et, I just ignore it. Also I am not sure whether you can remove the focusing screen from the D3200!
