Message: <blockquote data-quote="salukfan111" data-source="post: 520059" data-attributes="member: 39212"><p>I'll just wait until I run across someone with a Nikon1 and we'll swap for the day (my toys are funner to play with) to see if I like it.  Maybe as the sensors evolve a little more, we'll get a specialized birder camera like a D7100 with a much smaller 30 mp sensor, screw drive, and the top of the line nikon firmware and a/d converters.  Once they get 60ish MP and the files are unmanagable, they'll be in a position to do r and d on DX sensors to perfect the higher pixel pitches and after than that only choice will be to make the sensors even smaller than dx on full size cameras.</p></blockquote><p></p>
