dslrl and dirt bike

hi i was wondering did anyone rode with a dslr camera and a zoom lens (55-300)
i have rode for a while with a 20x zoom digital camera without any problems but i am afraid it might roine the shutter or the lens
i am not talking about full on enduro or mx riding i am just want to get to the location

I assume you are asking about riding with the gear on your, not actually rolling video?

If so, just keep it protected from dust/dirt and secure to your body, not swinging about.

sorry i wasn't specific inafe i just came back from riding an mist a chance to take a picture off a beautiful sunset
i meant as means to get to the site i have to go on firetrails the a normal car wont go on nat to manchen i dunt have a car
the image is from the sony hdr15 and was captured from video its s bit blurry choose of fog in the waterproof cover and movement
ps gopro a to wide profile and gets cot in branches and bushes
