22, Mar, 2016 Today I went to Taylorsville lake to see if I could catch some eagles flying or some gulls. Well... today everyone was grounded... I took some photos of the nest that really qualify for Almost photos... but I am toast... So I cropped one to show what I could see of the eagle and left one un-cropped to show the hill side they hang out in. The thing that amazed me was that I was able to get the focus point right on the eagle. It showed me when I reviewed the pictures on the display. But the focus point was bigger than the eagle. Sure wish they had been flying. I know they are not pretty, and if I get some energy back I may get a sunset with the new Sigma. :D Also Shot of the new lens. Tomorrow is another day. :o
