[QUOTE="PabloSRT8, post: 108732, member: 12585"] That's the weird thing, mine went in as a B1, then B2 the second time. the b1 said they clean it, check for good working order and adjust focus. The B2 said re-repair adjust focus. When I question about the B1 vs B2 to the supervisor there, he said it didn't matter and that that was the way the person at the counter entered. maybe when you bring things to them directly things work a little different and they don't follow all the rules? The first time it went in, the left focus was ok but they killed the center. The second time is sharp all around with 0 fine adjustments. Also, when I called the 800 number they tell me that the camera was not even in the shop, I walk in the next day and it was fixed ready to be picked up. Their Internet status is nowhere up to date.
