Initially, go to menu - (f) Controls - (f8) sub menu and set Assign BKT button. In the sub menu of f8, there are 3 selections, HDR, Multiple Exposure and BKT Auto Bracketing. Select BKT Auto Bracketing and press OK. Having done that, press and hold BKT button on top left of your D800 while you set number of Frames or shots (0F to 9F) adjustment using the Main Command dial (back of camera). To adjust the exposure increments, use the sub command dial (front of camera). I use this for my HDR shots and my BKT set up is 5F 1.0. I hope this helps. Congratulations for owning a Nikon D800. I enjoy using it for all my events. Mario, mariolopezphotography's Photos | SmugMug
