D750 movie file question

I have been shooting with Nikon camera's for years. But this my first experience using the D750 in its movie mode. When I down load the movies to my computer they all come in as individual files. How can I link them into one file, then download them onto a DVD disk? The light gathering ability of this camera is super.

Are you a Mac or Windows guy?

On the Mac, I use iMovie to bring the different movie segments together and then output one long video. For more professional projects, I'll use Adobe Premiere Pro instead.

On Windows, the Adobe products are also options, or I think there is a free app like iMovie (Windows Movie Maker?) that comes included with Windows.

You need movie editing software... you place the individual files on a time-line in the software, and then produce(export) the movie as a single movie file... <--this is an extremely brief synopsis of the complexity of what movie software does...

You have Photoshop? Open them as separate files, then using the Move Tool and starting with the second video in the sequence you want click and drag that video on top of the first. Then repeat with the third, fourth, etc. When you're done all the videos will be layers in Video Group in the Layers palate. If you screw up the order you can reorder there. Once you have that done then go to File -> Export -> Render Video. You'll get a dialogue box with settings you can change and then wait as it works.
