D750 and Elinchrom DLite 4 not working

Can someone help with the following please seeing how all the companies I bought my equipment off don’t seem to want to.



I have a Nikon D750 and an Elinchrom Dlite 4 and transmitter pro. Regardless of HSS or normal flash when I press my shutter there is a 1-2 delay before the flash fires. This doesn’t happen with my Nikon 3300 so I know it’s not an issue with the flash or trigger. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Any way you have a shutter delay programed? You would also notice the shutter doesn't release immediately. Maybe red-eye reduction?


All else fails you could try a camera reset.
