I clean my sensor every so often but I don't fret about it being absolutely immaculate because even if it is one minute, it won't be the next; it's tantamount to chasing your tail. Sensor spots are easily removed during post-processing and such a minor nuisance that mucking about trying to remove them, I think, invites more trouble than it's worth most of the time.
