The smaller body makes it easier for my hands to hold. I just love that it uses vintage Nikkor glass. I can use it for hours and the time flys by and I forget about pain and enjoy beauty.Sometimes the camera does count.  Yeah I grew up looking at Nikon pics, watching it go into space, seeing it used by reporters, bringing beauty in a captured moment.I don't need to upgrade, the 7100 is my Excalibur. It has been a handle that has opened doors,gave me contact with other neato people, and allowed me to get  somewhat creative. So thank you all for making me welcome and thanks to Nikon.
