I actually think they do this on purpose. I've seen the same on eBay where an item that is usually, say $9.90 +postage will be advertised at $990.00 with free post. I think it is to catch out people who do a quick skim down without really reading properly. If you make the mistake there is no comeback as you have paid the advertised price.

Not in this case. This is a regular outlet (see his other listings) and he clearly thinks people will believe that this is worth buying.
