When you try again, try a few different things as well. If you are using your tripod, use a cable release or the delayed shutter timer, and also try with mirror up. This should result in sharper images.
How solid is your tripod, if it’s a lightweight model that could be contributing to the problem as well.
It would help a lot if you could post the photos at a larger size to help us help you. 1000 pixels on the long edge seems to be a good size and about 150-250 kb. There are ways to enable the full size image to be accessible also, but I am not up with that.
other information that would be helpful is, did you just buy the lens, was it new, how many photos have you taken with it, and have any been sharp ? Etc.
