The first thing that bugs us, is the picture seems to keep readjusting for light. It darkens and lightens through out the whole video.  video is shot in 3 separate rooms here in our office. standard office lighting. Adding more light for us isn't really an option, is there a way i can stop this auto adjusting?The second thing is the mic input.
