Message: <blockquote data-quote="piperbarb" data-source="post: 113320" data-attributes="member: 12214"><p>I just bought a new D7000 body.  I'm one of those people who prefers to get a new camera instead of used or refurbished.  I know a refurbished one has been serviced and is supposed to be like new, but that's just me.  The advantage of getting a slightly used camera (or anything else for that matter) is that if it's going to fail, the problem has already been found and fixed, hopefully.  If it's a matter of budget, go for the refurb, otherwise, I'd  go for the new one.</p></blockquote><p></p>
