You will need to crop the image to accommodate for the DX lens which makes the file smaller. Then you would need to upsample the image to get it to 13x19. Consider Nikon's 18-35mm f/3.5-4.5G lens (NOT the D version which isn't as good). The lens is fabulous on a D610, and since you are interested in landscapes, you won't need an f/2.8 lens.
