Hi guys,
It's my first post here. Thank you very much for having such a nice forum on Nikon DSLRs.
I've been shooting with Nikon products for a bit (almost 20 years), my first camera being a F90x... I just jumped back last week with a D610 + couple Nikkor lenses... Obviously, I had other cameras in between, but I never forgot my beloved F90x. Now I can erase it from my memory as I've got something so much better, faster and fun to use...
Anyway, I was wondering if anyone here can confirm the following : the D600 had initially a HDMI output with a black border around resulting with a 95% coverage. A little later, a firmware update was posted by Nikon to cerrect this and bring it back to 100%. Now, what happened with the D610? I have no means to verify if it's back to 95% or 100%, and I've read contradicting information about this problem being solved or not solved. Does anyone here can confirm for sure? I bought this camera with the intention of purchasing an external recorder later, and I'd like to know what I'm getting into.
Thanks,
Benoit
