He said you have to physically take the camera to them (luckily a 15 minute walk from my apartment) and they will inspect and clean it. If it happens again, bring it back again and they clean a second time. On the 3rd time they replace it with a D610.Now I regret spending all that money on a loope and swabs and cleaning my sensor 5 times....  I may just put mine on CH and fire off 2000 exposures to get the spots to happen 3 more times...  My colleague told them I've self cleaned it many times but they said they have to document the cleanings themselves. Grrrrr.</blockquote>
