I'm not having a great experience with my D600 being returned to Nikon for repairs. I originally sent my camera in to Nikon's LA facility, back on March 1st. I received an update from UPS that stated that a truck was delayed and that my camera would arrive a few days late. I've been awaiting a confirmation email from Nikon. I called twice and was supposed to get a reply on the status of my camera. I did not get a call, but they claimed that the camera had been received in LA. I called a few days later, and they said that my camera has been shipped from the LA facility, to a Nikon facility in NY, due to the overload of D600's arriving in LA. Basically, Nikon's facilities are flooded with returns. I'm supposed to receive my official receipt email from Nikon, by Monday's (Tomorrow) close of business . . . We shall see. Worst case senario -- They lose my D600 and have to replace it with a D610 :-)
