I posted a video of the helmet on you tube and another website. got thousands of views. tons replied "thank you for letting me know I will buy from a different company" and it was posted in forums as well. </p><p></p><p>so, a cheap $20 (for them) cost to make me happy, costed them THOUSANDS of lost revenue. thats how it goes, I get screwed, and you dont keep me happy, I will make sure to let as many people as possible know.
