I posted a video of the helmet on you tube and another website. got thousands of views. tons replied &quot;thank you for letting me know I will buy from a different company&quot; and it was posted in forums as well. so, a cheap $20 (for them) cost to make me happy, costed them THOUSANDS of lost revenue. thats how it goes, I get screwed, and you dont keep me happy, I will make sure to let as many people as possible know.
