First they said it was 'stuck' at the postoffice (Monday) On the Tuesday they acknowledged they now had the camera.Phoned Wednesday - no they don't have the camera - panic - then wait yes theydefinitely do have it. So far so good. THEN on reading the acknowledgementemail stating they have it they added in small print "We cannot repairunder warranty without a VAT receipt !!!) No one mentioned this and once again it is Nikon's delayingtactics. As this was purchased from WEXon line I wondered why my email confirmation order and delivery receipt wouldnot suffice but fortunately on checking with WEX I was able to download a VATreceipt. So I've emailed this to themand they 'hope' to look at the camera by the 16th. Obviously they are pretty busy with repairs! Also I paid £605 for this body now youcan buy it for £399 - so very piss** off with the whole thing.
