Hi all, I'm hoping you can help me.... I got my D500 yesterday, and today took it to a National Wildlife Refuge to try it out with my telephoto and macro lenses. I had the camera save the files as Large, RAW, lossless compressed files. I also had it use the SD card as backup to the XQD card. After getting back tonight, I first tried to merely use the SD card in the laptop card reader to download the files, then open them with Lightroom. Lightroom said there were no previews available, then a box came up that said the files were "not recognized by the raw format support in Lightroom (819)" Thinking maybe it's a problem with my SD card, so I broke out the transfer cable and downloaded them from the camera. Same result, same message. What am I doing wrong? I've gone through the manual, and it says practically nothing about how to get the files out of the cards/camera. Help would be most appreciated. ...and I've already ordered a card reader, but I don't think that's the problem here. Thanks
