As David said you do have to have the sync speed set in your menu (IIRC). I know with my flash on longer shutter speeds the flash goes off at the end of the exposure not at the start. Not sure if any of that is relevant. The bugger of it all is you are limited to 1/250 or 1/320 unless you have a High Speed Shutter flash which I believe some of those ring flashes are. So most of mine are done at ISO 400, 1/320 and whatever f stop I can use to get a good exposure. In full sun that can be f8 upwards.</p></blockquote><p></p>
