Ha!The bell came from my Grandparents' house in OK.  They had it in their yard to alert the neighbors if something was going on (At least that is what they told us so we wouldn't be ringing it for the fun of it. Ha!).  My wife wanted it put up in our yard, but after I did it she said she didn't want it so high. It's probably up 10' or so.  I did it that way thinking that my G'kids wouldn't be able to reach the rope for ringing it.  I was wrong, they still manage. Ha!</blockquote>
