May 28, 2017 Train shots----- Now for the story. I was on my way home from church and saw a train that was a different color than usual (They're usually yellow Union Pacific) going through the crossing. Camera was behind the seat in the truck and I wasn't in any place to stop to get the shot. I turned around and raced down the road that paralleled the RR tracks to get ahead of the train. Luckily the train had to slow down for another train coming in the other direction. I managed to find a spot ahead of the train to park, but I was about 1/8 of a mile from a good place to get a shot. I ran to a better location and just was able to get some shots. Whew, that is rough on an old man. Ha!
