As for your lens, do the same, use one for a week and learn what it can and cant do, play with your shots, if you take it at F8 what does f4.5 and f16 look like? Read peoples data on shots you like, you will remember these, I even took snaps of exif data with my cell phone so when I shot the same subject I could set my settings the same, then I moved them a little to see what the difference was.Glasses, I would buy a cheap pair and tie them to my camera strap?</blockquote>
