Cruise Suggestions

So another cruise coming up. This will be my 2nd cruise with the D600, and this time going with the family. (Wife, sister, parents). We're going to see Mayan ruins, so I'm really excited to see some great photograph opportunities. Seems to be a lot of ruins around the 3 stops, so I might try to convince everyone that we should see them all, so I can get some good pictures, haha. We're leaving out of Houston, and there have been 3 ships so far the past couple weeks that haven't left because of fog, and a few ships that came back early due to a Norovirus outbreak. So good luck to me!! !

Wow that sounds so exciting! We have only been on one cruise so far, must go again soon. I have hauled my gear all around the world, mostly eastern Europe and Nikon has never let me down. Been in the Ukraine now 6 times mostly winter and the gear has always been flawless. Nothing like a Ukraine winter to test out the cold weather performance. I really want to do Alaska next and then the South Sea Islands like Bali or Tahiti. I hope you enjoy your cruise, looking forward to some of those Mayan Ruins!

Thanks! I really want to do an Alaskan cruise. I'll have to go alone, since my wife only goes on cruises where she can get tan, haha.
