What's keeping you to try this yourself and see what happens with your settings...?

Depends. On my D3300, lense type is changed
. From AF-S to AF-S, no change.
. From AF-S to AF, then AF options are gone.
. From AF-S to AIS, you have to switch mode to "M" and flash from TTL to Manual.

Rest of the setting remain same.
