Converting my monopod into a horizontal arm?

I put it altogether with the Manfrotto clamp and some 1/4" to 3/8" (and visa versa) adaptors.</p><p></p><p>I replaced my tripod's ball head with the clamp using an adaptor (3\8" female to 1\4" male), secured my monopod into the clamp, and attached the ball head to the end of my monopod with another adaptor (1\4" female to 3\8" male).
