I had my first shoot yesterday and I am anxious to see what the clients say but I am more excited to hear all of the suggestions and feedback you all have for me. I know I have a lot of room to grow! This is literally my first shoot. Here is how I went about it....I scoped out the places on the base because I didn't want them traveling far and because it's beautiful there, went early and tried to prepare (mentally) as much as I could without over thinking it and still having fun and then I don't remember...I went into photo-mode and I kind of black out :P Here are some things I noticed: 1. I don't know how to use a flash. I tried to use a flash when it got darker and it was just the one on my camera. I think my hood blocked it though and I had weird shadows. 2. I need to learn to position model arms/hands. They frustrate me!!! 3. I like to edit too much. I wanted to do way more than I did and I could have spent hours on it. This is not efficient. Please, please give me your feedback!
