We all believe that those infractions are best kept private. Some times a simple infraction/warning is enough to get them back to being a good productive member of the community and sometimes it just might send then over the edge and then they get banned. I personally think that it does no good to air that dirty laundry so that is why we normally remove the offending post and close the thread.
