Message: <blockquote data-quote="BackdoorArts" data-source="post: 245072" data-attributes="member: 9240"><p>I will need to double check to be absolutely sure, but none of my Nikon or Sigma glass that accepts filters has a front element that extends far enough forward to potentially make contact with a filter, wide and saggy or otherwise.  Their point about wider filters is probably the most relevant as even with tight tolerances these could bulge if too thin.  It's like my friend and I say with motorcycle helmets here in NJ (where they're required), "$10 helmet, $10 head."  If you're not willing to protect your investment with quality gear, why bother protecting it, or investing in it in the first place?</p></blockquote><p></p>
