There are detours around that spot that is shown in the video. Best to go around and wait with your camera in hand for some gung-ho tourist to give it a go. </p><p>I lived on Cape York for about 20 years and heard plenty of horror stories, broken engine mounts and fan through the radiator, etc etc. It's a long way from a shop to get parts to fix your car.</p></blockquote><p></p>
