Message: <blockquote data-quote="mikew_RIP" data-source="post: 479809" data-attributes="member: 14174">May seam a daft question but i had to attempt a rescue this morning,a Greylag had fishing line round one leg over its back and round the other leg,it was in the situation where it could not put both feet down at once the line would pull the other leg up,got a lot of line off it and the legs where separate but it still had line around each leg when it escaped from me.In my youth i worked on Duck and Chicken farms,if we where sorting through for culling we used to cross there wings and they would stay where we put then until we where ready,i didnt want to cross this guys wings without knowing if it was safe to do it,if i had he wouldn't have escaped.</blockquote>
